Btw; his name is Tsu Yaku 4% because it's a game where you put in any old CD and it generates a monster (pet) for you to train. I picked out one of Ellen's translation course CDs and low and behold a terrifying create was born.

Tsuyaku = to interpret

4 = the number of the CD in the course (also read as 'shi' in Japanese meaning death - a very unlucky number)
