April 3rd 2015, Friday


You can see the suspect Nigiri (sushi) in the bottom left of this picture... Urgh

Thank god the next dish was pure sashimi! No carb in sight!

Bamboo shoot and oyster. Ate the bamboo shoot but not an oyster fan

Successfully avoided eating those fried oysters and didn't end up eating the spare rib either.

I think I did okay despite that white rice and tuna temptation but in the scale of things it was very small, I ate extremely healthily for lunch and breakfast and still came way under my calorie count for today despite my slip up.

At least I didn't binge on chips!
