Easy Green Smoothie ~ All Week Long!

So, I'm a super lazy person. Ain't no way I'm getting up early in the morning just to be healthy. But I saw this idea on pinterest and thought it would be perfect.

Ready to go smoothie freezer packs.

So I headed out to the supermarket in search of fruit and spinach to pack up for the week.


All you need is your ingredients for the week, some ziploc bags and freezer space.

This week I decided on Mango, Strawberries, Banana, Spinach, and Blueberries. It's about 143 calories in total.


In the morning all you have to do is wake up, chuck the contents of the freezer bag in the blender and add about 200ml of water (or milk if you prefer).


Hit that button and you'll have yourself a delicious fruit and spinach smoothie in the morning to get you going.

It usually lasts me until lunch before I get hungry. I promise you won't even taste the spinach, just a good old fruity juice. So give it a go!
